Could you expand on this a little? Either here or on a web page? 
Aside from the change to allow endDocument not to be called, these 
sound reasonable; but I'd like to see the specific feature names and 
text you're proposing. Even if the changes are basically good, there 
might be editorial fixes or clarifications that should be made.
