Delete or update sax.html?

The SAX source distro inlcudes a 3 year old file called sax.html which 
can be viewed here:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/sax/sax2/docs/sax.html

This includes the statement:

SAX2 is a new Java-based release of SAX, the Simple API for XML. A C++ 
version (at least) is planned as well.

I'm not sure this file is still relevant. If not, we should delete it. 
If it is still relevant, I suggest removing the sentence, "A C++ version 
(at least) is planned as well." since there's no such work underway.
