I agree that read-only makes sense for use-attributes2 and use-locator2, 
but I believe use-entity-resolver2 should be read-write to allow a user to 
choose between the resolution behaviour of EntityResolver and 
EntityResolver2 if they have registered an entity resolver which 
implements EntityResolver2.
