There will always be some reason to hold the release back, and eventually we just have to chop the patch stream at an arbitrary point and say "this is a release." The good news (or more bad news, depending on your preference): I will stick around for a while to get some of these new patches into the CVS after the release, until (hopefully) David Brownell reappears.
