Done -- I have finally figured out how to get at the web site and have
made a few minor updates (including adding the latest JavaDoc). I
know there's a lot more to do, and will be grateful for help. There's
a little PHP in there, unfortunately, but I don't see an easy way of
getting rid of it without breaking links (and I did enough of that
when I first moved the site from megginson.com).

Thanks, and all the best,

David
