ContentHandler documentation

In SAX for .NET I plan to add these remarks to the IContentHandler documentation:

    * <remarks>The order of events in this interface must mirror the order of information
    * in a well-formed XML document, but it is not necessary that the call-backs are generated
    * from parsing an actual XML document.</remarks>

This just reflects ongoing practice, but should this not also be
reflected (in some way) in the original SAX for Java docs?
