Reg Memory parsing

Hi All Initially i was using xml4C3_3_1 and i tried memory parsing ..it did worked Now when i try the same code (which is still working on old library) with xml4c4_0_1 it did compile but failed in linking. The latest version of Xml4C is 5 and i am not sure how these things gonna behave. Could you please guide me how to proceed if i opt for latest XML libraries. I am using AIX ver 4.3 and the latest Version is for AIX version 5.1. Do i need to do code changes for shifting to higher version.
