If you tell us what you are doing, then we can try to help you solve it. If there appears to be no result document, then the most likely explanation is that the result document exists, but isn't where you expect to find it. It would be a good start to tell us how you are creating the result document. Incidentally, 9.7 is a rather old release, the current version is 10.5.
