Help on XML Schema generation using XSLT

Hi there,
Did anyone develop or came accross a XSLT which 
1) transforms an input XML document into its XML Schema..? 
2) is it a valid approach ? 
3) how is stylus doing the schema generation ?

Any help would be highly appreciated
