Hi Edvard.

    Your code looks ok so the most likely problem is that you 
    use a schematron engine stylesheet that doesn't support 
    diagnostics. The schematron-report.xsl engine supports 
    diagnostics without modifications and I think 
    schematron-message.xsl does as well.
    However the schematron-basic.xsl does not support 
    diagnostics without some modifications.

Which matches what I found.

    I've attached a 
    schematron-diagnose.xsl engine that basically is the same 
    as schematron-basic.xsl but with support for diagnostics.
