Confusion over Schematron 1.6 availability

I'm writing a tutorial on Schematron (a new one with a different focus
from my early effort http://uche.ogbuji.net/tech/pubs/schematron.html ).

I'd like to focus on 1.6, since there aren't really any implementations
of ISO Schematron that I can see (I'm tempted to write one).

Problem is that I can't see a simple implementation to which I can
direct my users. I have the betas Ricko posted. No offense Ricko, but
as Oliver Becker and others have pointed out, the XSLT needs a good deal
of work. Also, I'm nervous about publishing a URL in what appears to be
a "tmp" directory.

I've heard mention of a ZVON 1.6 implementation but neither Googling nor
searching the ZVON site turns this up.

I've tried just googling in general for "schematron 1.6" but this
doesn't turn up any implementations.

So does anyone know of any publically available and OSS implementations
of Schematron 1.6 or (even better) ISO Schematron? XSLT is preferable,
but any cross-platform approach will do?

Thanks.
