Details of changes from Schematron 1.5 to 1.6, and from 1.6 to proposed ISO Schematron

My finger finally being extracted, I have made a little document
detailing the differences between Schematron 1.5 and 1.6, and also then
changes for ISO Schematron.  

Schematron 1.6 is a transition to ISO Schematron. Its spec is the Schematron
1.5 spec, with the changes in the following document as deltas. I
won't be making a more formal document for 1.6, because I am working
on the ISO spec instead.
