This wai.xml seems to be incomplete.
The <key> element inside (there's only one) has no match attribute
(that's what the error message is telling you), so the WAI schema
itself is buggy.
Since the defined key (imgkey) is never used anywhere else I suppose
you can savely remove this line (the key element in line 32).
