Using Diagnostics with schematron-basic.xsl formatting.

It took me a while, but I came to the conclusion that schematron-basic.xsl does
not support diagnostics.  I tested with schematron-report.xsl and found it
works, but I don't like the formatting of the output.

How do I go about getting the -basic.xsl formatting with complete functionality?
It might be nice to display the source node like -message.xsl gives as well.
