building an rpc style response

Hello

I have troubles understanding how a SOAP response should be built for a WSDL 
with an rpc style binding. The W3C working draft says that the parts in input 
or output message should be wrapped in an element having the same name as the 
WSDL operation. However, in several examples of web services, I saw that the 
wrapper for the response had the name of the output message and not that of 
the operation. Which one is the right choice?
