Broken links on Soap website

On the page:

http://ws.apache.org/soap/index.html

The documentation link points to

http://ws.apache.org/soap/docs/index.html

which does not exist.

There is also a Bugzilla link, but SOAP does not seem to be one of the
supported products, otherwise I would have used that to report the bad
link.
