estimated time to server apache soap ...

All,
I am trying to get an idea of how long would it takes to install and
configures Apache SOAP + Tomcat + SSL connection.  I have some XP with
Apache  and Tomcat, but a total newbie with SOAP.  If some had done this
before, I would like to know what is involved and how long does it take
to install it and configure it.  Thanks.
