Build SOAP 2.3.1 with JDK 1.2.2

Hello,
is possible to build Apache SOAP 2.3.1 with JDK 1.2.2_17 ?
I am trying to build it with Oracle JDeveloper 9.0.3 and JDK 1.2.2 and still
no success.
I wrote all details in my question "Compile SOAP 2.3.1 for ORACLE 8.1.7"
on this list, but it seems as nobody can help me ...

Are my question so silly ?
