No, JDeveloper uses nativ JDK 1.3.1, but I need compile Apache SOAP for import into ORACLE 8.1.7 database. Oracle JServer 8.1.7 is only 1.2.... Please, can You see my preview question Compile SOAP 2.3.1 for ORACLE 8.1.7 ?
