Apache SOAP service - MS SOAP Client

Hi,
  I have a service installed using Apache SOAP on a linux box. A client code which is a vc++ exe uses MS SOAP toolkit to connect to the Apache service. 
1. Call for a method having no parameters is received by the service but the response is not reaching the client.
2. Call for a method having parameters is not even received by the service. 
Please help.
