Your best option is probably to use Apache Axis (http://ws.apache.org/axis).  If you must use Apache SOAP, you should weigh two options, writing your own provider so you can continue to use the RPC style of invocation, and using a message style service, in which case you get the full envelope which you must parse yourself.
