java.net.MalformedURLException while initialize SOAP client

Hallo,

I implemented small WS client based on SOAP 2.3.1.
This is imported in ORACLE database (needed classes HTTPClient, jsse,
ApacheSOAP, ... are loaded into database).

Client is running (send data, receive data...), but while initialization
(only first time) I become :
