Subject: soap namespace convention

Is there is a "standard" or "widely accepted" convention for naming the =
soap namespace.
I have seen:
=20
<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap=3D" =
<http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/> =
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv=3D" =
<http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/> =
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV=3D" =
<http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/> =
