Do you know any work-around? 
I tried also use tag <use xlink:href="rects.svg" ... />,
<!Entity > approach but these doesn't render at all..
Also <image xlink:href="data:image/svg+xml,url-encoded-content" > doesn't work..

Second question: Don't you know why entity instance (&entityName;) isn't included in generated document?
