Motion Artist

Hi,

Does anybody know anything about this software http://motionartist.smithmicro.com/? Does it use SVG? It mentions HTML5 but not SVG. It seems to expet imported images (bitmaps only?) but again, the little I've seen doesn't explain this very well.
