Rasterizing dynamic SVG

Dear all,

I am new to this group and I have some questions about SVG.
I have a weather site for which I have developed a script to generate gauges in SVG.
The site (veleta.info) has a page dedicated to this (veleta.info/index.php?opt=4) so you can understand what I am talking about.
I didn't know much about SVG and since the gauges need to change in accordance with the readings, I wrapped the SVG into a PHP script providing the necessary parameterization.
Since not all browsers are fully SVG compliant, I decided to serve rasterized PNG from the resulting SVG gauges.
I have tried Imagemagick and Inkscape, getting better results with Inkscape.
The problem is that my hosting service (godaddy) does not provide Inkscape. I have had issues about background conversion with Imagemagick.
I would appreciate any help for improving the whole thing.
Thank you very much in advance.
