Looking for SVG developer for map based site

 I am looking for an SVG developer for an upcoming client project, the main features of which are:
 - SVG world map with user interaction for each country.
 - Detail available for each country that will be managed by a CMS.
 - Advanced admin member capabilities that will allow different levels of content management and approval.
