RE: SVG Text justify

SVG1.1 (the current and operative version with most features implemented in most places) has lots of ways to manipulate text positioning:

SVG2.0 (the new version of the spec currently being developed) seeks to bring SVG text into closer “alignment” with CSS. Perhaps some of the new features that have been requested will also be implemented (like top-alignment, dual-curve alignment etc.)

I know that css text-align:justify is not supported by SVG.

But I wonder anyone done the trick to stretch text left and right for justify?
