animated SVG postable directly to Ello

Hey folks,

 

I am so happy to say that SVG can be directly uploaded to the new social
network Ello! Even animated stuff. For example, these

http://cs.sru.edu/~ddailey/canterbury/knot2.svg 

 

Are all displaying just fine and animated inside Ello. Of Twitter, Facebook,
GooglePlus and Wikipedia only Wikipedia allows direct and display of SVG and
Wikipedia doesn't allow the animated kind.

 

I'd love it if some of you who have made very cool declarative animations of
interesting things mechanical (or otherwise) - particularly, things that
might help viewers understand things,  could join and upload some of your
content! Let me know, since I still have a few invitations left. If you
don't know about Ello, then do a google news search, but let me say a) it is
ad free and promises (legally) always to be b) there are a huge number  of
designers and artists hanging out there  already) c) it is invitation only
d) a million people have joined since it started in August e) four million
are on the waiting list f) 45,000 people an hour have been joining since
mid-October.
