SVG with zoom and clickable polygons

Hi there,
 

 I need help with a SVG file I created. As I am new in this field I don't know what I can do. I created a map in a GIS Software. I exported this map as a KML file to convert it to a SVG file (I did the conversion with indiemapper.com/app http://www.indiemapper.com/app)
 

 
 Now I want to include this file in the Wordpress plugin Mapplic (http://www.mapplic.com http://www.mapplic.com/). As you can see on the website, the svg file is zoomable and you can click on each polygon. I want to do that too, but with my SVG file it is not possible. 
 

 I uploaded the file to the files folder ("THE_MAP.svg").
