I've costed similar projects previously and (in my neck of the woods)
getting something that high quality is not cheap. But if you're prepared to
use a freelancer based in parts of the world with lower costs of living,
the cost might go down (assuming you get lucky with a talented & reliable
person). There's no quick and easy way that I can suggest, unfortunately.
