Weird dimensions when using millimeters

Dear All,

I put my observation to this fiddle:
https://jsfiddle.net/2p0eexaa/

There is 0.265 ratio between 'px' and 'mm' units on my PC when styling HTML
elements.

But for some SVG elements this ratio is 0.265 * 0.265 (!)

While 'rect' width/height ratio is 0.265 (which is IMO the only correct
value), stroke-width or font-size requires that weird value.

Is there any explanation for this?

As this behaviour is consistent across all browsers (FF, Chrome, Edge), I
suspect there is something wrong rather on my side...

Thanks, Jan
