This release candidate fixes several minor bugs. Here is the complete
list:

- Incorrect cursor positioning after insertion of a custom content
   into an empty element.

- No notification if document was modified by a third application.

- No notification if xincluded document was modified by a third
   application.

- Element renaming could lead to application crash in certain cases.

- Redlining portion pasted into a non-redlined area was decorated as
   if redlined.

- Rejecting redlining that followed another redlining caused
   application crash.
