ANN: Syntext Serna WYSIWYG XML Editor V2.3 Release Candidate 2

This version fixes a few minor bugs:

- Top or bottom-docked Insert Attribute Dialog inserted elements two
   times.

- A cursor appeared before the letter replacing the selected text if
   text was selected from right to left.

- The documentation on Python and C++ API classes did not have links
   to the base classes.

- Application crash on splitting a redlined text.
