AW: [WSS4J] wss4j and SOAP 1.2 messages.

All,

just finished SOAP 1.2 support and checked in. Added one testcase
for it but not an real SOAP 1.2 Axis test yet. Would appreciate 
if somebody can check with a real SOAP 1.2 (Axis) environment
and report problems.
