xalan-j's xslt 3.0 beta release, question

Hi all,
Its been appx two and half years, we've been writing code for
Xalan-J's XSLT 3.0 development.
I'm wondering that, whether we may be have Xalan-J's XSLT 3.0 beta
release, by complete of this year? I can prepare Xalan-J's XSLT 3.0
beta 'binary' and 'source' signed release packages for this, for
review in a normal way and not publishing them to Maven central, since
this is a beta release.
Any thoughts please, from anyone about this?
