Hi all,
   I've prepared Apache Xalan-J's XSLT 3.0 alpha RC1, and have
published at location
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/xalan/j/xslt3.0/alpha/rc1/.

Xalan implementation's compliance level with W3C XSLT 3.0 test suite
is available here,

Xalan's XSLT 3.0 test suite statistics are as follows (this is
mentioned as well within Xalan XSLT 3.0 dev repos README document),
Tests run: 1401, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0

Xalan PMC and committers, please review and vote.
