as of now shows revision 82920.

I think, you may please download Xalan-J XSLT 3.0 alpha1 RC4 from link
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/xalan/j/xslt3.0/alpha1/rc4/
disregarding the revision than link displays and review the downloaded
archives.
