Hi Gary,
I've renamed Xerces-J jar made available within, Xalan-J's XSLT
3.0 development code as xercesImpl-2.12.3_dev1.jar for development
purposes.
I've also updated the document BUILDING.txt, mentioning these changes.
If you've any suggestions about these modifications and/or any other
suggestions, please let me know to follow upon.
