Xalan Java xslt 3.0 alpha1 release has a bug evaluating XPath 3.1 operators > and >=.

Xalan has bug with the attached file bug.xsl, but works fine with the attached file ok.xsl. The expected result for both bug.xsl and ok.xsl is also attached with this jira issue.
