Java Script Support in Xalan

Hi All,

I'm using Xalan to convert my XML files to a HTML using XSL style
sheets. I was able to convert using simple XSL style sheets, but when
I try to use a much complicated XSL with CSS and Javascript, the
generated HTML, is not properly formatted that is mouse click events
are not working.

I can guarantee that my XSL style sheet is working properly for that
same XML without using Xalan.

I suspect whether I have to include any Xalan related stuff inside my
XSL to make it support to JS.

Highly appreciate a solution for this.
