Thanks, I'll file the more important tickets against my other ports that ar=
e impacted (even more strongly) than this one.

There is no CI, so no, it can't be added, and I don't use and therefore can=
not support ICU usage in any capacity. My ability to maintain this code is =
gated strictly by what my project needs because that is the only work I am =
funded to do here. That is why it's a problem that I'm the only one doing i=
t.

I'm sure the code could be changed in lots of ways, were there anybody work=
ing on it.
