SVN/Git/GitHUb status

I'm dedicating a little time today to trying to make sense of the
source repos for Xerces and related projects. I notice that

https://svn.apache.org/viewvc/xerces/java/trunk/

does not seem to have been updated for a couple of years. That is, the
link back from git has broken. If we're using git exclusively we need
to update the docs that point here and delete this. If we are still
trying to keep subversion we need to figure out how to fix this.

Thoughts?
