Any Xerces PMC member want to take point on running our projects
through Glasswing? (If you're on the PMC you should have received an
email from Jarek Potiuk about this.)

Right now Xerces does not meet the minimum requirements for making
this happen. To do this, we need at least one other PMC member who is
prepared to dedicate multiple hours a week to Xerces.
