[PR] [XERCESJ-1796] Convert dom.events.Test to JUnit 3 [xerces-j]

   Convert the dom.events.Test test harness from a main()-driven smoke test to JUnit 3.
   - Extends TestCase
   - Mutation events are still exercised, now as a proper JUnit test
   - Registered in batchtest in build.xml
