Support of schema 1.1

Hello, I'm trying to compile the stable version of Xerces 2.11.0  with
schema 1.1 support, but it doesn't work. I compiled the beta version of
Xerces 2.11.0 with schema 1.1 support and it works. Did I do anything wrong
when compiling the stable version ? I used the command "build all" and then
I tried "build jars-schema11", but none generated jars with support to
schema 1.1, only in the beta version it worked.
