Hi all,
   Its been few days now, that voting has been open for Xerces-J 2.12.2
release.

The voting for this release resulted in three +1 votes (all from PMC
members) and no other votes, as follows,

Michael Glavassevich
Scott Cantor
Mukul Gandhi

The release should be available on the mirror sites very soon.
