as promised, these have now been added and are available in 2.3.0-4, please test
this out.

the SEnumVal.pl script only goes as far as the EnumVal.pl script. It would be
really helpful to me if you would add the extra schema-specific checks that they
have in SEnumVal.cpp, and I will add it to the codebase.
