[XFC] XFC v2.1

XFC version 2.1 has been released. Better late than never, this new version 
adds support of nested tables. As usual, Personal Edition is freely 
available from <http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/download.shtml>, and 
Professional Edition upgrade is available to eligible customers from 
<http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/upgrade.html>.

     Enhancements

         * Support of nested tables.

         * Automatic switch to the fixed table layout when all column
           widths are specified.

     Bug fixes (RTF)

         * The charset encoder used to determine if a given character can
           be represented in the output encoding was a class variable,
           which could possibly cause an <<<IllegalStateException>>> in a
           multi-threaded environment.

     Bug fixes (WML)

         * XML special characters (e.g. '&') were not escaped in the
           <<<w:dest>>> attribute values.
