XFC v3.1 has been released. This version introduces a new licensing scheme 
for Professional Edition. (See 
<http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/proedition.html> for further 
information.) It also includes a couple of minor enhancements and bug fixes.

As usual, Personal Edition is freely available from
<http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/download.shtml>, and Professional
Edition upgrade is available to eligible customers from
<http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/upgrade.html>.
